Drag SkyNotch onto the Applications folder beside it. That is the whole install.

Launch it once
SkyNotch lives in the menu bar. No icon in the Dock, nothing to configure.

Let it update itself
The app checks its release feed once a day and offers the next build in place.
Opening it the first time
The app is signed with a Developer ID and notarised, so macOS opens it without a warning. If it is ever blocked, open it once from its context menu in the Applications folder.
Every build is also on the releases page of the public repository.

- Updates are read from a small version feed on the public repository, and a downloaded update must carry SkyNotch's own signature before it replaces the app.
- The calendar and playback permission prompts describe what SkyNotch does without naming other apps.
Fixed
- A second copy of SkyNotch quits at once instead of drawing a second notch.
